For owners, brokers, and partners
What we look for
We keep our criteria plain so you can tell quickly whether a conversation makes sense. If something is close, send it anyway.

Small businesses
- Simple, understandable businesses with steady customers.
- A history of making money, not just a plan to.
- Owners who care what happens after they step back.
- A full purchase, a majority stake, or a minority partnership.

Commercial real estate
- Practical, useful properties with clear, lasting demand.
- Sound buildings with reasonable upkeep.
- Tenants and uses that make sense for the long run.
- Outright purchases or partnerships with good operators.
Probably not a fit
- Quick flips or anything built around a short holding period.
- Businesses or properties we cannot understand in a short conversation.
- Hype, trends, and things that sound too good to be true.
How it works
Send a short note
A few lines about the business or property, where it is, and what you have in mind.
A quick first look
We read it and reply if it looks like a fit. No long forms, no runaround.
Talk it through
If it makes sense for both sides, we set up a call and go from there, at a sensible pace.
Have a business, a building, or a deal worth a conversation?
Send a short note. If it looks like a fit, we will set up a time to talk.
